Detailed driving directions:
GPS coordinates for Google maps: 31.902, - 110.635
Here are the detailed directions: From Tucson: Take I-10 to the Sonoita exit (Hwy 83) go south for about 6.5 miles and take the FIRST dirt road on your LEFT. Charron Winery sign.
After you turn onto the dirt road you will go 3.7 miles total. Stay on the MAIN road - take no turn-offs. The only large fork is 2.5 miles in when the road splits in two - Stay STRAIGHT (right).
If you pass a vineyard, you're on the right road. If you pass a road on your left with an old style ranch sign on it, you're on the right road. If it seems you've been driving a while with no forks or markers, you're on the right road.
The Wrong Road - you go through ANY gate. You make a turn off the main road. You drive under a ranch gate. You drive super close to someone's house. If any of these things happen. Go back to the main road.
You have missed the main fork and are going the wrong way if you pass a beautiful new construction house on your Left. Turn back! Look for the road to veer to the right and you need to go left.
At 2.5 (ish) miles the road turns sharply left or goes straight. Go straight. This road will almost immediately begin to climb. This is good! You're not lost! Go all the way to the top.
At the top you will see a broken down wooden fence on your right and what looks like a dog kennel ahead and slightly left. You will turn left just before the dog kennel - go straight and park in the open area.
